combinedRaw
Description. Most array scanners output data from individual arrays to separate .txt or .csv files. This script cut-and-pastes the column of array data (usually ‘Ch1 Median – B’) from different .csv files into a single ‘combinedRaw’ sheet in an Excel file.

Nicealign
Description. Often is is desirable to align the data from two different but related arrays that share common antigens. This script will align the data in two spread sheets using the column of antigen names in each (usually provided by the gal file). It is important the same nomenclature is used in each sheet otherwise the script will not be able to match up the antigens.
