Felgner plots.

This is a bar graph of antibody signals of two groups is represented by overlapping bars for each antigen (or bars for one group and a line graph of the other), sorted by signal intensity in one group group. The bar chart is overlaid by downward pointing bars (“icicles”) on the secondary y axis to represent inverse adjusted p values derived from a t-test between the two groups, and usually incorporating a dashed line to represent  the significance threshold (usually 0.05).
